Product Description
This Tablet Hardness Tester is a compact, mechanical strenth testing machine for Tablets. It is equipped with advanced Micro controller based circuitry, designed to measure Hardness of Tablets, with high accuracy and reliability.
The tablet which is to be tested is placed in between two jaws. The left jaw is fixed. Right jaw is a motorized plunger and attached to load cell which breaks the tablet between the two jaws. The Tablet gets fractured and breaking force is displayed on the informative two line LCD display. After that, the test plunger returns to the preset position and waits for the next test of tablets. The broken pieces of tablets are collected in a tray situated beneath the unit.
